Unable to get Peacemaker medal and reward (P90 & Battletags) - PC

Hello,

Before I start, there ARE spoilers in this post, so if you have not yet completed Battlefield 4, do not read on. (Unless you want it spoilt)

Just wondering if anybody else has had this issue:

Upon completing the campaign, which ever way I do this, the game itself says I have achieved the Peacemaker or Final Duty medal awards, however, even if I wait for the credits to roll (which are far too long to be unskippable if it is the case that you have to watch them) and check my online account, the medals and rewards aren't shown. I have attempted a couple of times to achieve these and it is disheartening.

Any help would be appreciated.
