i have owned the game since around release and now it says i dont? can you fix this * asap please or refund thanks. i have done all the apparent fixes like clearing cache, recovery etc. i am not re in stalling it as i literally downloaded it again today and cant even play

GO TO C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License AND MOVE 71067.dlf or 71069.dlf (IN MY CASE IT WAS CALLED 70619.dlf) TO ANOTHER FOLDER, RESTART EA APP AND LAUNCH BF3
PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF IT WORKED FOR YOU TOO!

Hello Palma how are you? I have the same problem and the same situation. In my case I have some 710 dlf files but after I follow all stepsI cant play the BF3 I buyed for more than a year.
I been asking one year to @EA_Leeuw for answers and he didnt answered me a thing. This EA is a problem, I spend money on something I cant play and they dont give any support.
Firstly they were talking about programmers making a patch for BF3 and like 6 months later he posted the "SOLUTION" for the problem that isnt a solution of their own, an user posted it and he copy pasted.
Thats EA, wasting my time on this. This bug is almost two years discovered, probably three, since 2021 they are not giving support for this bug. They are killing games, Spore and now BF3 Steam, thanks @EA_Leeuw
