battlefield 4 ps4 bugs and glitches

why does my multiplayer rank and weapons reset. why do I lose connection to so many games. why does my campaign reset.why does the trophy not unlock when I beat the game on hard. why do I get stuck in black loading screen before games. why doesn't give me the option to replay the Shanghai campaign mission. why can't you change your class setup in the main titles it doesn't make any sense. when I use the RPG, smaw or any other rpg it never gives me a one hit kill why is that. Please try to address these issues accordingly. I buy premium and this game to get an experience. Im not getting an ideal experience from this game...YET. I have confidence u guys can fix it dont dissapoint.
