Re: Battlefield 1 won't start on Xbox One

@soggyc0w try this
Could you try to theses steps:
1. Press controller 'Option' on game tile
2. Choose 'Manage Game'
3. Select 'Saved data'
4. Press controller 'Option' again over affected profile
5. Select 'Delete saved data'
6. Choose 'Delete everywhere' first
7. If the profile image still appears in 'saved data' repeat step #6 but this time choose 'Delete from console' this time.

Best regards!

Manny

    Hi all

    I've got the same issue as  @Mguzman1108.  Everything worked fine until i downloaded the latest update for BF1.  Like  @Mguzman1108 i try to go into BF1 and it just hangs.  I've completely uninstalled BF1 and all the updates and re-installed them all but it made no difference.  I opted to reset the console but keep the games but that didn't work either.

    @seanmcstarwars  The troubleshooting steps you've provided, i just wondered if it'll only wipe the single player campaign?  I can live with that if it fixes the problem as it's more the multiplayer settings that i don't want to lose.

    I can live with that.

    Thanks for hint

    I tried @seanmcstarwars  suggestion last night and it's fixed the problem, i'm now able to get back into BF1.  As mentioned my single player campaign progress has been wiped but i'm not fussed about this, i was more worried about losing all my settings for the multiplayer side of BF1.

    Thanks for the advice @seanmcstarwars   🙂
