Battlefield 1 Premium not working

Hi,

I start this post by telling you that I'm trying to contact EA/BF1 Support since 2 motnhs AND I NEVER HAD A REPLY.

Tried to use "Chat with game advisor" on EA.com and with BF1 ITalian support too (on their facebook page) AND NO ONE REPLIED TO ME.

I bought Battlefield 1 Premium like 3 months ago and my menu on Xbox One profile shows Battlefield 1 Premium logo. But I'm still waiting premium dogtags, premium  battlepacks and so.

How can I receive them!?
