It is consistent for me as well. I tried dropping the map size down from 64 to 40 and it worked for maybe the first few minutes of the match. I have a GTX 940, Windows 10, i7-5500, 16GB RAM and I don't understand what is wrong, since the Extr Offset is the only issue. I've been playing off the network as my roommate, and he has no problems with lag whatsoever. I doubt it's the graphics card to blame since he has a GTX 970, and people have been playing just fine with lower specs.

For the record I have a solid pc, i5 4690, 16gb ram, gtx960 w/ 4gb vram and i lag as * on lowest graphics.
