It is down to the shop to get you that code, your contract is with the shop.
If you ask again on Monday, that'll be pre-load day, so they should have them.
However, all is not lost if they mess up, you can get in on the 6th anyway because the Beta is public.

The Beta opens to the public on September 6 and runs for a limited time.
Pre-load load starts on September 3, at 8:00 UTC.
