When you don't actually know what a particular video device name refers to, avoid making any bald statements such as you have done.   That is a low end part, and this game requires gaming class hardware, not ordinary onboard stuff like a 760G Chipset's IGP.

Look how badly it compares with the minimum!

That 760 code number refers to the Chipset, which includes an HD 3000 onboard device, when the "G" is added to its name.  Here's a detailed link to an HD 3200, a slightly better Radeon IGP:

No, it definitely will not, sorry!  You will need to have an actual circuit board in the computer that has a gaming class core attached to it, either a Geforce or a Radeon core.

    MINIMUM SPECS

        OS: 64-bit Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10
        Processor (AMD): AMD FX-6350
        Processor (Intel): Core i5 6600K
        Memory: 8GB RAM
Graphics card (AMD): AMD Radeon™ HD 7850 2GB
Graphics card (NVIDIA): nVidia GeForce® GTX 660 2GB
DirectX: 11.0 Compatible video card or equivalent
Online Connection Requirements: 512 KBPS or faster Internet connection
        Hard-drive space: 50GB

You received one ill-considered comment that was in error, and then my own negative reply about your very low-end video device.
