on Xbox one click on profile ->customize gamer pic is how you change picture. there are several how to videos that show you how to add pics that are not in that gamer pic selection from xbox menu.  All the examples where people taking images off the Microsoft website and using them as their gamer pic. I have not had a chance to try myself though. You should be able to find that image from Battlefield4.
