Whenever you as a parent have created a child account or a teen account, then there is unfortunately no way for you to go back in again and change the date of birth for that child account.

As you have an adult account yourself, you can go back into your own profile and update the Date of Birth (DOB) on yourself, but you have no access to edit the DOB on the sub accounts that you have created for your underage children.  And it is the same if you log on to their own accounts with their user names and passwords, as they have no access to edit their own DOB, until the moment they become adults.  It is very unfortunate, but that is how it is.

You can however try and contact EA Support and speak with one of their chat support advisers, who will be able to advise you further, if they would be willing to edit that profile DOB for you.

• Go to help.ea.com and select to speak with a chat adviser
• Click on your product Origin
• Then select PC
• Manage my Account'
• Can't log in
• Finally, you can choose to begin a chat with the Support person..

Alternatives, that EA Support may not offer you, but still workarounds if EA do not offer to edit the DOB of your child (prob against their policies, under the given circumstances):

• Let your child play that game by using your own adult account.
• Create a new account for your child to use going forward, where you have quoted a more 'admissible' DOB...
