This EE has been around since the game released last year, but it deserves a mention. On single player, there's a whale that drops from the sky, as a tribute to the whale drop scene from the movie "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy". One of the collectible letters in the game entitled "Three Lucky Coins" hints at three coins in the Nordlys campaign (last Act). Find those three gold coins, and you'll hear a bull horn sound. Look out across the frozen water, and a whale will drop.
- @SterlingARCH3R I don't think the letter hinted the location as specific as the War Story name, rather just the location name that can be also accessed in other modes (e.g. Narvik).

https://twitter.com/NiklasAstrand/status/1130015879188631552 Yeah nothing was direct, it was all loosely connected. 42 is the answer to everything in the Hitchhiker movie, so maybe that hinted at what to look forward to, but even then, it's vague.
Can you guys figure out what this mysterious bird chirp is? It sounds almost like a pulsing sonar. We haven't been able to figure it out over at the BFEE Discord for some time now (link to Discord at bottom in signature). From @DANNYonPC:
