Re: low fps/gpu usage, high CPU usage

If your CPU stays below 100% it should be enough to run the game. But A few optimizations could enhance the experience a bit, like:

  1. Turn off V-sync, G-sync or Freesync
  2. Turn off Future frame rendering, motion blur, ambient occlusion and Vsync in BFV
  3. Lock ingame framerate to 60FPS
  4. Try with GPU memory restriction off
  5. Force NVIDIA PhysX to run on GPU in Nvidia settings
  6. Set energy management mode too optimal performance after each driver installation
  7. Test both DX11 and DX12 (DX12 has higher CPU usage but higher FPS)
  8. Defrag or trim game drive once every 10 days
  9. Kill all non essential background application before launching the game
  10. Update Ryzen chipset driver and or BIOS (if applicable)

As this is deemed normal for all games BFV is not going to changer this for you. Just remember EA and Nvidia will do more then their best to give you the highest performance possible.

Just as a reference on my overclocked 2080Ti i get 10% GPU usage and only 90FPS with RTX on and 120 with RTX off, i too check my system weekly to try and enhance the machine in any way.
