Re: Instant ban on joining server (spectator or player), 0 days account

@THEHALFMAN The #RSuhf1 code in your screenshots does imply that there is a ban on your account, as it usually means that access to BF1 multiplayer is permanently blocked (https://help.ea.com/en/help/battlefield/battlefield-1/battlefield-1-ban-codes/).

Rather than contacting EA Help, it might be worth trying the Terms of Service team, since they are the people at EA who handle bans. You can also check what your ban history shows at help.ea.com/my-ban-history.

This guide should explain how to contact the ToS team:

  • Thank for your answer,

I opened several cases on EA, which all ended in they telling me that there are no restriction on my account and I should check windows connection and clear the cache (which I did but the problem persists on different computers).

At my first try to go online I got the ban message. Obviously I did not used cheat.

An advisor even wrote me that Battlefield 1 is at sunset and multiplayer is no longer available and I should buy 2042 which made me a little angry, being clearly in disrespect with my purchase.

I am begining to think that Ea Help is ho help at all and my purchase is lost...

@THEHALFMAN OK so it seems like there's a lot going on here.

First of all, Battlefield 1 hasn't been sunsetted. The only titles that's happened with recently are Battlefield 1943, Bad Company 1, and Bad Company 2. I have fed what you've reported the agent said back to the EA Community Managers.

However, it doesn't sound like you've spoken with the ToS team and have only been speaking with EA Help. You'll need to either use the form in the guide or go to help.ea.com/my-ban-history and see if anything shows there.

Please note that while EA Help can create an appeal with the ToS team on your behalf, they do not handle bans directly.

  • So I am very very sad that the Ea Help is very unprofessional. Every day another person is mailing me same questions and I provided info regarding my account, address, bank payment for the game, ip address etc. Please help me by providing a link or e-mail address where I can complain about the way my case is treated, this is outrageous.

  • The whole idea of buying the game is to play multiplayer.

    The campaign is for practicing.

My experience with EA help, albeit on a different topic, left me describing them as “worse than useless”. One of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had is having dealt with them. Never again.
