@HUN_gattaca_lg As you say, it seems like they haven't given up on the exchange yet, which is good news. The inclusion of Ararebo also makes me think that you might still get the Arditi Dagger. I would buy the Ararebo but there's no way I'm gonna spend 15k scraps on a single melee weapon.

I went ahead and purchased the Ararebo puzzle piece 5 times for 3000 scraps each (15000 scraps total). Despite the designation, each "puzzle piece" that you purchase doesn't actually give you a puzzle piece -- it gives you a special "battlepack". You'll see them in your unopened battlepack inventory. But it won't let you open the battlepack(s) until you have 5 of them. Once you have 5, when you open the first battlepack you will receive the Ararebo skin. Sweet! (Note: The other 4 battlepacks disappear when you open the first battlepack.)
I didn't even know I needed or wanted this skin. 🙂
Looks like this week I need to do some grinding for Operations Battlepacks since I'm now down to 1340 scraps and I'm going to need at least 4000 scraps to purchase the last 2 legendary Vetterli-Vitali skins that I'm waiting for. I have a feeling that Vetterli-Vitali is going to show up in Exchange sometime before the end of 2023.

Guys, if anyone has Ararebo, please check whether Ararebo is displayed in the “weapons and devices” tab???
Because the kill stats won't show up as a French Butcher Knife or a Russian Award Knife, I won't buy it for 15k scraps.

Blunt Weapons return in the form of the Club and its variations in Battlefield 1. Many of these clubs feature armor-piercing spikes. As with Battlefield Hardline, a selection of other melee weapons is also available, including knives, hand tools, and the swords. Unlike knives, certain clubs have the ability to break wooden objects such as doors or window shutters, or pierce the light armor of cars or elite soldiers. They are an intermediate between the knives and the hand tools, having medium damage, medium speed, and medium takedown radius.
Ararebo:
A traditional Japanese mace, made of heavy wood with metal studs.
Can damage wood and light armor. Completion of the Incursions community mission.
