(PS4) Menu images not loading

Thanks for the Screenshots.

Can you try restoring the game licenses in your PS4 settings, and doing a hard reset on your Console?

Select Settings > Account Management > Restore Licenses, then fully turn off your Console for 30 seconds or so, and turn it back on.

All you have to do is unplug your Console for about 60 seconds or so, and plug it back in.

I would recommend restoring the licenses in the Settings first, before you do that.

Hi @iluminatethesky 

I have done the two steps you asked me to do, but now when I start the game it asks me to do a UI update, however, it gets stuck at 97% for a long time and doesn't finish.

I can still cancel it and play the game, but the main problem with the images hasn't been solved.
