Hey @Metalbar02,

I'm sorry to hear you're not able to play the game and had a bad experience when contacting support. 

I had a look at your DxDiag and it seems that you haven't updated the graphics card driver since August. I suggest that you start by updating the GPU Drivers and set up a gaming profile on your GPU. You can find instructions here: Troubleshooting graphics on PC

If the problem persists, please send us a screenshot of the error message.

    Updated my drivers, the problem unfortunately still persists. This loading screen opens, followed by this error message.

    Thanks for providing the screenshots. 

    As you have already reinstalled the EA Anticheat and you get a message saying the system is not compatible, I suggest that you check for Windows Updates. 

    You can also try some further troubleshooting steps for the EA Anticheat, which can be found at https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/ea-anticheat/.

    Battlefield 1 is experiencing the same issue as earlier this year; it's not possible to start an empty server. Could the developers please address this as soon as possible? Thank you.

    Just as earlier this year, the empty servers are bugged. When you want to join an empty server, you get an error code. That means servers are dying within a day or two. EA, do something ASAP.
