@Ardavinci I'm not going to get involved with this one but I will do the conversion rate here.
As of right now 420 Turkish Lira = $42.22 US or 41.71 Euros
So based off that it's already cheaper in Turkey than USA or Europe.
Now I don't live in Turkey so I can't really give an accurate opinion about this. (Although there are a lot of poor people in America and Europe as well)
But you also have to know the term called a "profit margin". (Revenue from a sale compared to the cost to make the product)
That part is usually classified so unless they tell us what it is we can't really say what that minimum price would be where they don't lose money for each game sold.
TLDR: Wait for a sale if you can't afford it at launch and I really doubt they will lower the price before launch.
