Yes.
I get this message about my payment method. But it happens with Paypal and with my credit card.
Per the Microsoft support site, I powercycled the console and now I can buy points on the Xbox (but not on the website). I'll take that for now. thank you
EA_IlliumI’m having this issue too. It’s giving me an error code and giving me the “something went wrong” error. I’ve power cycled my Xbox, cleared the cache, and uninstalled and reinstalled. Any help would be great
