Summarize your bug Every game mode I have tried playing (Dynasty, Ultimate Team, Play Now, etc.) I am able to load into a game then after 3-5 minutes the game crashes and sends me to the dashboard.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Based upon this thread, it seems to be occurring to other people just by playing the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game freezes then crashes to the Xbox dashboard. This bug only occurs when playing Madden 24 and College Football 25. I am able to play any of my other purchased games besides these two. At first, I thought this was an issue with EA games but I have no problem with FC24.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to fully use a console I spent $500 and actually enjoy a game that I just spent $100 on.
I have tried all of the remedies to try and fix the issue but the problem stills persists.
