Re: Can only hire C-level assistant coaches

This is a huge complaint for me. 

We're told we can't have a lot of coaching abilities because you need to use your assistant coaches, but your assistant coaches start out low and by the time they get good abilities, they are out the door and you're starting over with another crappy assistant. 

The computer is allowed to offer your assistant coaches jobs, but we can't go out and offer jobs to those at cpu schools, we have to wait for them to get fired.
