Re: Servers down

Paid for the $5.99 trial so I can play the college football game for 10 hours but unfortunately looks like there's an issue to where you can't play it. So now I want my money back because EA is just trying to scam people saying that you can play a game when the servers are actually down. I'm very disappointed with the company and I feel like with something this big you should have been a lot more prepared and not have so many issues but unfortunately seems like EA is just a big issue
