@sjankis630The only class that has a rocket launcher is Engineer. So you have to play with Boris, Lis or Crawford in order to use one. Engineer class is specialized around anti vehicle which is why rocket launchers are only in this class

Yep, slow reload combined with no ammo sitting around and low damage makes rockets fairly useless, although players who like to farm via vehicles have complained non-stop about how unfair it is that now they have to fly off to auto repair instead of sitting on top of a cap farming hundreds of kills.
The reality is that you can shoot one off, maybe get a hit, then by the time you reload, the target is gone, or you miss. Then, there is no ammo to reload, and somehow the rockets are OP according to DICE and vehicle farmers.
