I have had the same issue (also physical edition from Polish shop) and what I have done to fix this was uninstaling the game on EA App and installing it on again via Origin. After that I had polish subtitles and menus on both Origin / EA App.
The problem is, since Origin will be not working soon, EA must fix this ASAP.

We just got word that the EA app dev teams have fixed this issue.
It could take some time to reach your EA app client, but it shouldn't take longer than 24h. It is possible that you can already receive the fix.
To receive the fix, please repair your Dead Space installation via the EA app or redownload the game and make sure to select the Polish installation language.
Please let us know if it's now available for you and working as intended.

I had BF4 with Russian and Polish langueges only. But now russian language is unavaiable/ I have Polish only and i understand nothing.
Try reinstall game twice - all the same, Polish only.
I lake this game. How I can get English language.

EA_Shepard@Marshall_50cal The install and text languages are based on the games original purchase itself. The Origin store and now EA App store purchase games based on your location and regional settings of your EA account. For example, If I am in the U.S. my purchases would be based in EN, if your store connections to RU for example, the language would be based on how that game's entitlements are added through the purchase.
For this one, as we are not able to change those over the forums, you can reach out to live support but essentially, if that is all you see, your game is locked into those languages only.
