Hey @esentugi579,

I can assure you that, if you have bought the game via us or another official reseller, the game is no trojan... 😉

However, it is possible that your AV program has not updated its AV index yet and therefore doesn't 'know' the game yet.

May I know which AV program you're using? And can you make a manual exception for the game to see if that fixes the issue?

    @esentugi579, gotcha. You should be able to manually check in Kaspersky if you can update its AV database index, but this should happen automatically as well. Alternatively, you can of course also make an exclusion for the game.

    I got that when I want to start the game.

    @EA_Leeuw I think Kaspersky made update about it, because it doesnt happen like that anymore, i can enter game without closing Kaspersky now
