The campaign only gets a game speed control bar if you start the game with the parameter "-SPEEDCONTROL". I think you need Bibber's fixed game launchers to give such parameters to the games.

I tried emailing him. I can't seem to make it work after I run it. The instructions on his readme says to run a -game command from console, but what console? Command Prompt?
Also, now when I go to origin and look at my game, it is greyed out and says I need Windows XP to run it. That's not a big concern up front, but all the other games are greyed out now as well that I haven't downloaded.
