@vastrgzr Hi, do you have a laptop or desktop. If you have a laptop, probably the easier thing would be to visit a friend or family member with a connection, then download and install all the content there. Then set Origin to Go Offline. This would also be viable, if a little more difficult, with a desktop PC. 

Another, somewhat more convoluted method would use an external hard drive and mobile tethering. This would be the way to go if it's impractical to move a desktop PC.

You could download the game at another place by logging into your account on their system. Download the games, then copy them to the backup. 

Back on your home system, set up a mobile hotspot then install Origin. Using the steps in the article below, copy across your game file backups, then install them. 

Once you're finished, set Origin to offline mode as before.
