I think the craziest thing is that the devs are asking for it. It is one thing to be nominated by Steam, but the devs are asking for your vote. That to me is pretty weak. Again, instead of just keeping your head down and improving the game, someone came up with that idea and had to get it approved. It shows their continued lack of reading the room. They want to be patted on the back for doing suboptimal work and fixing their own issues.

Can you imagine a builder or plumber doing something like this? Let me put the toilet in on the wall and when you flush it, it sprays you in the face. Then after there are months of outrage, they finally fix it, move the toilet to the floor, but now when it flushes, you have to use a plunger to drain the bowl. So it kinda works, but there are still issues. Then the plumber asks you to write them a good review because they fixed their mistakes. 

I think I'll pass on this one. The game is still missing legacy features?! One map a season, not going to fly.

Just shows how out of touch they are with their player base. Lack of persistent servers/server browsers is enough for me to find their request for this award ridiculous 

I would have considered it if the Dev team was actually interacting with us instead of mostly avoiding to respond in some of the most long lasting questions about 2042.

People working on a labor of love will use every means they can get to make a better game and they would definitely respond to feedback themselves instead of leaving it to proxies.
