Hi @DelanorRoxas and thank you for the question.

Usually, we have minimum requirements in place to provide good gameplay experience. If the GooglePlay Store is showing that your device is incompatible it might be below minimum specs. You can try and update your device OS, which recently helped other players.

    Bad answer

      The tab a has better specs than other supported devices.  There must be a different reason.  Can you tell us what it is?

    I can tell you, since it only took me 15 sec to Google your answer from Samsung's own forums.

    Doesn't matter what your specs are..... Samsung has already said it's perm software in their on products called game launcher that automatically reduced game quality to preserve battery life.

    They offer links to change the setting thru 3rd party software.
