Weapons: The weapons should be in the chest when you wake up after the prologue. but some people have not been getting the weapons or in my case get items that are not even in the deluxe pack.
Mounts: The mounts you get from the "War Room" Map table. the quest are on the left side of the table and you have to do those quest to get your mounts (just send your troops and wait like three mins and check board again and you are done.) There is also a quest in the "Hinterlands that give's you a mount.
the stable outside of "Haven" will let you change your mounts.
