It's only partially fixed, I'm afraid. I'm playing on PS4 with a keep import that indicated the Hero of Ferelden was male, romanced Leliana, and rejected Morrigan's deal.  While Morrigan herself no longer talks about being with the Hero/having a child with him, when I did the "Contact the Hero of Ferelden" war table mission, the letter I got from his does.

Not sure if it's related or not, but while that mission became available before I did Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts, I didn't actually activate it at the war table until after Morrigan had already come to Skyhold.

Also, in the cutscene at the crossroads, Morrigan still referred to having spent time there with "her love," despite my keep import indicating the Hero had stabbed her at the eluvian.

But has the patch been approved by Microsoft and Sony though? Patches always go to the PC first because the console companies have to approve all patches, a problem PCs don't have.

When I finally spoke to her after the patch (and post main story) she said she wasn't sure where the Hero was but she figured Leliana could find out or soemthing like that.   Then I sent Leliana to do it and the letter was proper too.  Talked about please help Alistair keep Ferelden safe until she can return to her husband (forget the exact words, but it made it clear she was Queen of Ferelden)

This was post-patch. It was released on the same day on PS4 as it was on PC. And it fixed most of what Morrigan actually said; it just didn't fix the letter from the Hero and the comment at the Crossroads scene.

So I did a bit of further testing and reloaded a save that takes place before Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts (and thus, before even meeting Morrigan), and then ran the war table mission for contacting the Hero. The letter I received from him still made reference to being with Morrigan and having a child by her.

Maybe it wasn't fixed on the PS4 then, because when I talked to Morrigan finally on the PC all was fine, including the letter or it's still partially bugged on the PS4?.  Now granted, since I talked to her post main story I didn't get the crossroads scene so I can't say for sure what happened there.  I can try talking to Keiran himself see what happens.

Especially because a lot of people reported that the letter itself wasn't ever bugged in the first place, so if it was for you then... I don't know.

I posted about this issue weeks ago and no one replied.  I think it has to do with a particular world state.  In mine I was a female elf who romanced Alistair and we had the ritual with Morrigan, both my hero and Alistair survived and are Wardens still.  She refers to my Hero as a he and thinks of them as a couple.  Not sure what is causing this but at least a thread about this is now getting attention.  Needs to be fixed as my Keep data is correct and it is not being used in the game correctly with Morrigan.

Edit:  I haven't checked it since the patch though so am not sure if it is fixed or how I would know since that convo with Morrigan is over...hmmmm.

Yeah if you don't have a previous save, you'll just have to see on another playthrough.

This doesn't seem to be fixed for me... I romanced morrigan, turned down the ritual, stabbed her in witch hunt. She says we have a kid and are in love, the kid never showed up in game so I guess that was mostly just dialogue, but she also talks about a letter from the warden.

Definitely not fixed, and I created the character after patch 2.

    Still broken for me!

Everything from my keep seemed fine, I had a male warden in origins, romanced Morrigen, had the demon baby and went through the eluvian in witch hunt, yet when I finally speak to her in inquisition she refers to my warden as a female and says they ended on bad terms. Kinda PISSING ME OFF! its ruined everything I did in that game in away, making it seem meaningless.

I should mention I'm on PC and on the latest patch (7 I think), going to roll back to my save before talking to her before I progress I think, because this is my main character and world I want to be set up for the next game ☹️

Okay, it IS fixed for me however I will point out, that it did NOT fix retroactively.  Sadly, this could your problem... Plus, as far as the "next game" goes you will be able to edit it in the Keep and from what I could tell (and from the data I sent the Keep staff about it) the data being sent to the Keep IS correct... the bug is just that the wrong dialogue is triggering, which isn't something they can fix retroactively (why they can't I don't know but I haven't done any computer programming since the 80's, that's still enough to know how crazy it can be sometimes...)

That said, you can check the Keep data... When you look on your "world states" page you will see a page of playthrough states... look there for your character and load the current one in the Keep.  Then, have a look.  While that won't allow you to fix the dialogue, it will show you if as was the case with me, the actual import/re-export data was correct, it was just reading it wrong.

Honestly, they had the same issue with Dragon Age 2 when it first came out.  Misreading the save files that were imported from Dragon Age Origins and triggering the wrong events/dialogue.  They were able to fix it, but like this time... not retroactively. ☹️  You'd think they'd have learned their lesson about embedding that stuff in the save file at creation, but apparently not.

As for it not being fixed still even on new games, I don't know what to tell you other than report it to them again... ☹️  I know it took them a few patches to iron out ALL the issues in DA2's saves.
