Just to update. It's available on Epic in India too now. As for PS and XBox, it seems difficult now in India too. Games the Shop finally replied to a guy who had pre-ordered it from their shop when they had initially listed it. They said that they "won't be able to offer the product due to unforeseen circumstances".

Basically meaning issues in the physical distribution of the game. Maybe it will be available digitally. Seeing that it was made available on steam first and then about 2 weeks later on Epic, don't loose hope.
