@killiansmith1 Sorry, having a little trouble understanding the problem... Are you missing a hero/character (warden or Hawke) from one of the previous Dragon Age games in your Keep, or has your playthrough state from one of your playthroughs from Inquisition gone missing? Or are you missing a tapestry you created in the Keep?
You don't create Heroes/characters in the Keep, you create world states (basically the decisions from DAO and DA2) to be imported to Inquisition when you start a new game. Once you've started a game with a world state, you can't alter the world state for that playthrough.

If your PS3 is online, you should be able to reupload your character by loading your latest save, removing an item of equipment, and then saving again. Wait a few minutes to give the game time to sync with your profile (make sure you're allowing this in the game options) and the character should be back in the Keep.
Keep in mind, though, that there are no real benefits of uploading a character to the Keep. You'll have to recreate your world state from scratch anyway. Hello!
I accidentally delete my custom hero from Inquisition. All I want to say is if there's possibility to reupload it . I don´t have any issue with the progress and decisions, they're syncroniced with the game, the only thing that I want to recover is my custom inquisitor. Any tips?

@DawnMoonYT If you're talking about it being missing in the Keep, if you want it reuploaded just play that character while logged in to the servers, it should upload to the Keep (not sure how long it will take).
As has been said, the heroes in the Keep don't make any difference, only the world state is uploaded into your game, and DAI world states in the Keep don't do anything (though we're unsure if or how DA4 will interact with the Keep).
