Update issues for xbox one.

I was playing Dragon Age Inquisition early this morning (3 am GMT) when an automatic update began as I was traveling to Skyhold.  The update will not get past 14%.  I have tried everything from restarting my xbox, and modem to reinstalling the whole game.  I have seen posts with the same problem on other sites. Is there anything I can do to save the 140+ hours I have invested in the game?
