True but when i come back and i talk to Sera or Iron Bull again it's the same thing all over everything is gone 

You're on Xbox One, aren't you? 
Is everything in the Undercroft gone, or just the cosmetic things you can't interact with? Can you still change your decorations? Perhaps changing your tapestries/decor will get the throne room to display properly.
Not sure what to do about the missing companions and advisors, though. They don't really have much to say at Skyhold after the game, other than the first time you speak to them (generally a comment on whoever became Divine). 

Sorry, I'm not very helpful when it comes to console technical issues, other than the basics (make sure it's well ventilated, not full of dust, etc).

Yes everything in the Undercroft is gone to even Dagna and that other dude no i cannot change my decorations but i will try that if i have everything back when i travel to another place on my map and then go back again it only disapears after i go to that place where Srea and those other guys are  

I know that i cannot interact with them anymore after finishing the game but still it would be nice to have them there and the Merchants are gone to
