@Thegreatlx I had this problem and I just fixed it! At the top left of your mac screen when youre in the EA app on the tool bar one of the options should say 'help' and under there you can find app recovery (clearing cache) and restart app. I restarted my app and then afterwards I cleared my cache and my download finally finished.
