@anthonycharles08  Try uninstalling the EA App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine).  Whether or not this works, restart your computer, download a fresh copy of the App installer, and run it.  If the App is still installed, you'll get a message offering to repair it, which. may work; if it's not installed, reinstalling it should work fine.

If this doesn't help, please post a screenshot of the error you get this time around.  Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
