Re: [PC] We're Sorry An Error Has Occurred on Launch

Hi @thebigguy09876, because the DLC would have been purchased or downloaded through a separate account. When I looked there was no entitlement for a base game which means if you played it was done so through a different EA account. That is the only way that could happen.

@thebigguy09876 Lets do this. Send me a DM with the EA ID and email you use to log into the EA app with and I will check. This way you can hold off on contacting them quite yet if you don't need to.

@thebigguy09876 Thank you. I took a look at the account. This is what I can see on the account you sent me.

    DLC
    Trespasser
    The Descent
    Spoils of the Qunari
    The Black Emporium
    Jaws of Hakkon

No base game linked to the account

No purchase history for the base game

No current or past subscriptions for EA Play

With that being said, the next step you would need to take is to figure out what account the base game is linked to. That now becomes a Live Support issue over a technical issue or a forum issue.

When you reach out to them, just put in the options that you are missing something you bought. They will be able to track down the game and see which account it is linked to. If this account even launched the game and had the license for it, we would see it, and I do not.
