Please clear the cache on the EA app following the steps here, let me know if you're seeing The Sims 3 in your library once you've tried this.
Hello, i cant find my games from Origin. Clearing the cache did nothing.

If your game library isn't showing your games in the EA app, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.
Please also check your Order History in the EA app- if your Order History is showing as blank and you're not seeing any previous purchases you've made here, this is another way to verify that you're currently logging into the app with the incorrect login details.
I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to. If you need further help locating the correct login details, that's something live support can help with- you can reach out to live support by submitting a help request here.
Constant dribble spouting the same so called solution, this person likely has the same issume thousands have, when you launch the app it does not give a login screen it remains blank, you can run app recovery a thousand times, you can uninstall and reinstall as I have done now 31 times and you will get nowhere, the app is the worse piece of software ever created, it is not fit for purchase and given we with the bug cannot play the games we have bought you should refund us every cent we have wasted on your products, I have had this bug for months and gone through hours and hours trying to fix it and still no joy, I do not think ill buy another game associated with EA, no point given I cannot play it.
- @EA_Solaire This did work for me, I had only 17 games in my account before. And now I have all 35 including all my big purchases.
But y'all need to figure out why this one method you're repeating isn't working for thousands of people. I use only one account. Before 2 years I use Origin and I have The sims 3 (and many datadiscs, stuffs...). BUT today I INSTALL on NEW pc new WA apllicationas and I have not my The Sims 3 in my account! I buy some from EA, some from other store, BUT I use reedem code! What I did now? I will my The Sims 3 back...

If your content is missing from your account, please reach out to the live support team so they can search for any game codes you have and locate which account these codes are currently registered with to be sure you're logging into the correct EA account. You can contact live support by submitting a help request on the site here.
- @EA_Solaire And what if the live team does not want to help? I've tried chatting with them several times to no avail - at one point they try to lie to my face telling me I don't own the game/s I'm missing - even disregarding it when I send them a receipt for my purchase in Origin.
