Re: Simply put, there was an error

I'm also having an issue with this at the moment, I've tried running the app itself as administrator, I've tried to repair the app through ea app installer and I've also uninstalled the app and then installed it again. None of these seem to be working as I still get the message,  'simply put, there was an error', and when I click 'restart app', I then get stuck with the 'connecting to the ea app' screen. So any other advice on how to fix this would be super helpful!
