Hi @mvcamps Can we try to Clear EA App's Cache then try to launch FIFA 22 and check if this continues?

@EA_IlliumNo it doesnt work, brand new EA app, Only one game installed and thats FIFA 22, for kid to play and it doesnt start. i am killing myself for days to make it work but nothing works. How to make this report by the way so i can share it as i cant find on forum 'CREATING ID REPORT" . Thanks
Purchased fifa 23, it made me uninstall origin - i lost games when i downloaded ea play - the game doesnt launch at all.
Hi, doesn't work I'm afraid. For me, in my 17 hours of play I have gone from taking ages to start up to now it telling me it is already running. It isn't! Any other ideas? Thanks.

Apologies for missing the updates in this thread, I wanted to check if anyone is still running into this message?
If you are still running into the message "FIFA 22 is already running" when trying to launch your game on the EA App client try the following steps first.
- Ensure you no longer have Origin installed
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check for other applications that may be limiting (Other Anti cheats, AV's, Firewalls, etc might be causing this error)
- Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair the game in your library,
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch
If you continue running into the error let us know the following information.
- EA ID (Gamertag, PSNID):
- Platform (EA App, Steam, Origin):

Region:
-
Date issue first happened:
-
What steps have you tried so far?

If on PC, please share a DxDiag

What steps ive tried: Literally everything. Reinstall game, verify files, change directx value, SFC tool, clear EA app cache, different administrator account.
- EA_Illium@kebapman55 To Check are you running EA App or FIFA as admin? Also would it be possible to get a DXdiag?

I have tried running them both as admin, then one at a time but with no help.I linked the DxDiag here.
- @EA_Illium i have the same problem with nfs heat aswell. They start launching but then just disappear and nothing happens. Nfs shows up in background processes and then just disappears and ea app pops up again. Batlefront 2 works oddly enough. Could it be since Bf2 is downloaded from Epic Games originally and the 2 others are with Xbox game pass?

something I have observed is the eapp lauches twice when i try opening fifa once when i open ea app and next when i start fifa 22
