Re: EA Play Pro Membership was canceled due to payment method

I have an subscription for EA Play Pro and it must be renew at 27 September but i don't know how it can't take monet from my card and didn't renew so i want to pay it and i go to ea control panel then i saw your ea play pro subscription ended. you can come whenever you want and there was a link to renew subscription but when i click it there is no page i tried to reach ea help but i can't chat with anybody my cases closed but nobody talk me i checked my mails cases but there is no message i must renew my ea play pro for 999 Turkish Liras but now it is 4000 Turkish Liras i want to renew my subscription can anybody help me how can i do it?
