EA App launches but does not open the window

Summarize your bug The program won't maximize whenever it's launched, it just stays on the taskbar active, but can't open it at all. I reinstalled the app and it worked fine for a couple minutes but then does the same again. If I launch a game from the web browser (such as Battlefield 3) it works without issue, so internally it's ok.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It will happen randomly after installing the program.
What happens when the bug occurs? The EA App window will not come up on the screen if clicked on the taskbar icon. It stays minimized and shows a blank window on AeroPeek.
What do you expect to see? The app should maximize normally and show itself.
I'm running the latest version of the app on Windows 11 22H2 Build 22621.963 (up to date as of writing this report). The Windows installation is fairly recent (clean installation on december 12th 2022).
