It Takes Two Ps4 to Ps5 Disk Upgrade Not Working in 2024

Hello.

I had ps premium and was using it to play It Takes Two on the ps5 version, but this month they removed it from premium. So I got the ps4 disk to finish me and my girlfriends playthrough but now it won’t let me upgrade. I’ve seen some people already have this issue back in 2022 but decided to make a new thread to bring some light that it’s still happening. I am yet to see a way to resolve this issue. Anyone know how to help?

    And yes, my ps4 disk is already in my ps5. It says “Can’t download this product right now”

    @demonhunter7654 I’m having the exact same issue. I had it when it was on ps plus, and for valentine’s day my partner bought the ps4 disc copy with the free upgrade so we could continue the play through. when i click on the ps4 to ps5 upgrade options it takes me to the page where the only option is “learn more”, and upon clicking that it just says “you can’t buy this product right now”
