Re: Unable to download The Sims 4 base game

After downloading the base game from my own account, I was able to download all the DLC from my girlfriends account and play it as intended.
But for some reason from her account you can't download the base game. Hope this helps someone with the same problem.

    Is it correct to download games from another account? mine is the same But it happened with my BF5 game, very frustrated.

    THANK YOU. This worked for me when nothing else would. I had to make a second ea account to get the base game downloaded but the rest is now finally downloading. Thank you, thank you!
