"Temporarily lost connection" error message upon launching EA app
I cannot access the EA app. I have uninstalled and installed it multiple times without any luck. I cannot clear the cache either. Tech support informed me that EA has been aware of this issue for over a month and are working on a resolution but nothing has come from it. I know that many others are experiencing this, which is incredibly frustrating. EA should fix this sooner rather than later; otherwise, they will lose many loyal customers and new customers.
