False Advertising in Replay Jumbo Rare Players Pack

I opened the pack with coins and received the 24 rare gold players and a gold pack when it clearly states you receive an extra jumbo rare players pack . Contacted ea help was advised they cannot do anything and will put it down as feedback & to post here to try and get a resolution
