Windows. And I don't have problems with performance for any games, so I don't think it makes much sense that the launcher itself has so many problems

@xena311 @domcikasim575, Could you try using a program removal tool like Revo Uninstaller*? The free version should be sufficient.
*This is a third-party tool, not sponsored or endorsed by EA, but it's highly effective at uninstalling programs and removing leftover files, which the default Windows uninstallation process often misses.
Use Revo Uninstaller to remove the EA app, let it scan for any leftover files, reboot your PC, and then download a new copy of the client from https://ea.com/ea-app and install it. See if this resolves the issue.
If the problem persists, please create a new local Windows Administrator account and check if the issue occurs on that account as well. If it doesn't, there may be something on your regular Windows account that is preventing the client from working properly.
- @xena311 I've been having the same problem for months.
I partialy solved the problem. My husband had installed battlenet launcher (played wow), both launchers had turned on option to start when pc turns on. I disabled this option on both EA app and battlenet and it is less buggy. Also disabling background service help. Still sometimes shows I don't have any games installed or that app crashed, but its not every day.

I just did this last night and the launcher is STILL broken. I'm so frustrated. I can't play my games that I paid for. I find myself troubleshooting multiple times a day just to play.
