We can't assist with issues relating to any events not run by EA @Sultan_lm10.
You can reach out the the organisers if having an issue.

Hey @Sultan_lm10 all the information for the tournament you participated in would have been on the sign up site.

I know that... the information was scan the qr code only that and I scanned it I went to a website it said
1. resgister for a tournament
2. win the tournament
3. recieve a notification in about 2 weeks
4. recieve your prize
It has been 3 weeksHey mate, I'm assuming you're talking about recieving the $10 PSN credit for the playstation tournaments?
I was playing those a while back towards the end of July and after winning 4 and not getting anything I stopped playing.
Couple days ago when I logged on to PS, I had a 4 notifications regarding tournament winnings and was easily able to claim my $40.
I'd give it a little bit more time as they should come through soon if our timelines match up.
Good to see whoever runs the tournaments has removed the UT Cup and kept it to just Kick Off to combat those who were glitching them recently.
