Re: Profile Picture on EA app and EA Account Portal Appear as Bugged

I am unable to crop and upload a new avatar for my account at myaccount.ea.com.  After submitting the avatar the image appears as a blank transparent box (attached image to show). 

This is actually very ugly to see in the EA App and I'd rather not use a premade avatar from the EA selection.
