Hey there,
I'm sorry to hear that you cannot see your games in the library anymore. This often happens when people mistakenly log in to the incorrect account. If you're unsure about which EA account your games are, you can contact EA Help Support as they should be able to assist you in finding the correct account. If you're sure you're logged in to the correct account, does it show that your EA Play Pro Subscription is currently active?
It is not only on my library it shows no game at all it does not show any game available to buy also. I paid for my sub yesterday and it would find any games at all on the app
Please help I have bought the subscription and I am not able to use it because of this issue. If this cannot be fixed please refund my money then this does not make sense

@Ghost__reaper132 Can you please try clearing the EA app's cache:
- Go to the EA app's menu. On Windows, select the three dashes in the far-left corner of the EA app. On macOS, click Help at the top of the screen, then choose App Recovery.
- Scroll to Help.
- Click App recovery.
- Select Clear cache.
I have tried it does not work apperantly it works only when I am connected to vpn out of my state

@Ghost__reaper132 Could you please let us know in what region the games are not available for you and what region are you connected to via VPN? They are not working on europe kosovo state I was able to connect to the game through uk and united states vpns
Kosovo, but you can't do anything with VPN either.
Sent hundreds of error report, restarted, recovered, reinstalled the app, still nada!
